The Tektronix P7313 is a 12.5 GHz active differential probe engineered for high-fidelity measurement of high-speed differential signals in complex digital designs and serial bus applications. Built on Z-Active probing architecture, it delivers >12.5 GHz bandwidth with 200 Ω out to 10 GHz. Linear dynamic range reaches 1.25 Vp-p at 5x attenuation and 4 Vp-p at 25x attenuation. The probe integrates with TekConnect oscilloscopes through a TekConnect interface and includes phase-matched SMA cables (38-inch length, 12.5 GHz (Typical)
