Its TriMode architecture enables differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without changing probe tip connections, reducing setup time and improving measurement flexibility. The probe delivers superior signal fidelity with minimal DUT loading through user-selectable 5X or 12.5X attenuation, rise time below 32 ps (10–90%), and a maximum input voltage rating of ±15 V nondestructive.
