The Tektronix SD-24 is a dual-channel digital sampling head that extends the capabilities of compatible Tektronix sampling oscilloscopes and signal analyzers. Operating at 20 GHz equivalent bandwidth with 17.5 ps or less rise time, it delivers high-fidelity acquisition of fast transient signals. Each channel integrates a step generator for Time Domain Reflectometry, enabling differential and common-mode characterization of transmission lines, coupled line analysis, and crosstalk measurement. The TDR reflected rise time is 35 ps or less, with independently selectable step polarity on each channel. Both channels employ 50 Ohm internal termination and precision 3.5 mm connectors.
