The Tektronix TIVP05 IsoVu is a 500 MHz galvanically isolated differential probe engineered for high-voltage, high-bandwidth measurements in power electronics. Using optical isolation via power-over-fiber and optical analog signal transmission, it achieves exceptional common-mode rejection and enables accurate differential measurements across ±2500 V with common-mode voltages reaching ±60 kV peak. This second-generation design combines a compact form factor—one-fifth the size of first-generation probes—with superior accuracy and sensitivity for demanding power device analysis.
