The Tektronix TLA6401 is a 34-channel logic analyzer module for digital system analysis, validation, and debugging. It captures, displays, and analyzes digital signals with timing resolution down to 40 ps and state acquisition speeds up to 667 MHz. Built on the TLA6400 Series platform, the TLA6401 combines high-speed timing acquisition with flexible triggering and signal integrity tools for engineers developing and optimizing complex digital hardware.

The TLA6401 integrates with supported Tektronix oscilloscopes via GPIB, USB, or LAN for iView correlation. iCapture analog output uses BNC connectivity, with basic functionality routing 4 fixed channels or optional routing of any 4 analyzer channels via Option AM.
