– Key Features
• Averaging Mode adds resolution by averaging 100 measurements
• Check Mode verifies operational correctness
• External Arming via input D or VXI Trigger bus with selectable conditions
• External Frequency Standard Input for phase-locking to reference signals
• Math Function: (Result = X) × Y calculations where Result is measured and X, Y are user-defined constants
• Automatic or user-defined input trigger level setting with attenuation adjustment
• TTL-compatible gate signal output to TTLTRG bus (low = gate open)
– Typical Applications
Frequency and period characterization, jitter and timing analysis, pulse width measurement, phase relationship determination, event totalization in automated test systems.
– Compatibility & Integration
VXIbus System Specification Version 1.3 compliant. Operates as controlled module under Slot 0 Resource Manager. Accessible via standard VXI command interface with alternate command set support for advanced triggering and arming.
