The Teledyne LeCroy AP034 is a 1 GHz active differential probe engineered for precision measurement of differential signals in high-speed applications. It delivers low noise (< 35 nV/√Hz), exceptional common-mode rejection (10,000:1 DC / 80 dB), and minimal input capacitance (< 0.85 pF differential), making it ideal for disk drive characterization, wireless communications, and data link analysis. The probe features selectable attenuation (1x, 10x, 20x), offset control via front-panel buttons, and autobalance capability. Power is supplied through the ProBus® interface on compatible Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes; an optional ADPPS power supply enables use with third-party instruments.
