The Teledyne LeCroy RP4030 is a power/voltage rail probe engineered for precision measurement of low-voltage DC power rails in power integrity, PMIC, VRM, POL, and LDO testing. It acquires low-impedance signals without significantly loading the device under test and provides high offset range capability to display DC signals at high gain on an oscilloscope, enabling observation of small signal variations across the rail.
