Teledyne LeCroy T3AFG40 – Two Channel Arbitrary Waveform Generator, 40 MHz

The Teledyne LeCroy T3AFG40 is a two-channel arbitrary waveform generator delivering 40 MHz bandwidth with 1.2 GSa/s sampling rate and 16-bit vertical resolution. Built on proprietary TrueArb and EasyPulse techniques, it generates high-fidelity sine, square, pulse, ramp, noise, and DC waveforms with exceptionally low jitter. The instrument stores up to 8 Mpts per channel and includes 196 built-in arbitrary waveforms with user-defined storage capability. It supports comprehensive analog and digital modulation—AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, and PWM—plus linear and logarithmic sweep modes (1 ms to 500 s) and burst operation in N-Cycle and Gated configurations. An integrated 8-digit frequency counter and 4.3-inch touchscreen interface enable precise signal characterization and intuitive control. USB (Host and Device/USBTMC) and VXI-11 LAN connectivity streamline integration into automated test environments.
