The Teledyne LeCroy WaveRunner 9104-MS is a 1 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope engineered for real-time capture and analysis of complex digital and analog signals. Four analog channels deliver 20 GS/s maximum sample rate with 16 Mpts per channel memory (expandable to 32 Mpts in interleaved mode), while 16 dedicated digital channels at 1.25 GS/s provide simultaneous logic analysis. The 15.4-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen displays up to 16 traces simultaneously, including channels, math functions, and memory traces.
