Voltech CT-1000

The Voltech CT-1000 is a dual-ratio AC current transformer engineered to extend the measurement range of Voltech power analyzers up to 1200A RMS. This toroidally wound unit delivers precision-grade accuracy better than ±0.2% across its dual 100:1 and 1000:1 current ratios, making it essential for high-current power analysis applications.

The CT-1000 accommodates large-diameter cables and rectangular busbars through its oversized core aperture. Its fully insulated, shock-resistant casing protects against field damage, while 4mm safety sockets provide secure connections to compatible analyzers. An integrated over-voltage protection circuit limits output terminal voltage to 50V peak if the secondary winding is open-circuited, preventing instrument damage during field deployment.
