VXI Technology 4016

The VXI Technology 4016 (VM4016) is a VXIbus message-based analog comparator module delivering 16 true differential input channels for automated test systems. Each channel monitors voltage levels against software-defined thresholds or windows, generating VXIbus or front panel interrupts on exceedance to enable go/no-go testing, threshold monitoring, and automated shutdown control. The module supports both message-based word serial and register-based data access with full SCPI and IEEE-488.2 compatibility.
