Detailed Description

The VXI Technology VM2616 paired with the VM1548 provides a powerful mixed-signal instrumentation solution for VXI-based automated test systems. This configuration combines high-resolution analog waveform acquisition with high-density digital I/O control, making it well-suited for aerospace, defense, industrial electronics, and production ATE environments.

The VM2616 is a 16-channel, 16-bit digitizer designed for accurate multi-channel analog signal acquisition. It supports synchronous sampling across channels and integrates tightly into VXI trigger architectures, allowing deterministic measurement coordination across complex test racks.

The VM1548 complements the digitizer with 48 channels of TTL-compatible digital I/O, enabling high-channel-count digital stimulus and response monitoring. This makes the module ideal for UUT interface control, logic verification, state monitoring, relay drive control (with external drivers), and programmable digital test sequencing.
