The VXI Technology VM4016 is a 16-channel analog comparator and interrupt generator module for VXIbus systems. Engineered for go/no-go testing and voltage threshold monitoring, it delivers programmable edge detection, configurable debounce timing, and direct register or message-based access within the VMIP™ platform. The module integrates into automated test environments with SCPI and IEEE-488.2 command compatibility, supporting both differential and single-ended input configurations across selectable voltage ranges.
