The Wiltron 9041 is a transmission level and return loss measuring set engineered for precision network analysis in telecommunications testing. It measures transmission level, receive frequency response, echo return loss (ERL), and singing return loss (SRL) across 4-wire, 2-wire, 600 ohm, and 900 ohm circuits. The instrument meets or exceeds Western Electric Specification KS 20501 for through and terminal balance, plus Bell System, USITA, and CCITT requirements.
