The Yaskawa SGDG-04GT LEGEND Servo Amplifier is a 0.4 kW single-phase servo drive engineered for precise torque control in industrial motion applications. Built on 100% digital architecture with intelligent serial encoder technology, it automatically recognizes compatible motors and delivers three-phase output up to 3 A. The amplifier accepts single-phase input from 90-253 VAC at 50-60 Hz and is designed for integration with SMC-4000 controllers and Sigma II servomotors via Firewire communication.

The SGDG-04GT integrates directly with SMC-4000 controllers and the LEGEND-MC SMC-3010 for single-axis positioning. Plug-and-play cabling is available for Sigma II linear and rotary servomotors. Reference input lines support maximum lengths of 9.84 ft (300 cm); PG feedback lines extend to 65.6 ft (20 m) using UL20276-SB cable for runs exceeding 65.6 ft. Power and signal lines must maintain minimum 11.81 in. (30 cm) separation and shall not share conduit. Twisted pair or shielded multi-core twisted pair wiring is required for all signal and encoder feedback paths.
