The Yokogawa MV2030 is a 30-channel portable paperless recorder engineered for industrial and laboratory data acquisition. It captures process parameters at 1 second sampling in standard mode or 125 ms in fast mode, with A/D integration time of 1.67 ms during fast sampling. The instrument accepts universal inputs—DC voltage, thermocouple, RTD, and contact signals—across all channels, supporting thermocouple types R, S, B, K, E, J, T, N, W, and L. A color LCD display renders real-time data in multiple trend formats (vertical, horizontal, horizontal wide, separated horizontal) with 1 second update rate. Internal memory provides 400 MB standard capacity, expandable via optional 80 MB or 200 MB selections at order time. External storage via Compact Flash cards (up to 1 GB) and USB drives enables extended logging. Data conversion to MS-Excel, text, Lotus 1-2-3, or ASCII formats supports downstream analysis. The included viewer software displays and prints waveforms on PC. Snapshot capability archives screen images to CF card. Setup data saves and loads in binary format.
