    Returns & Shipping Policy

    Overview

    At Aumictech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund window is open for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

    To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging (if applicable). Some categories of equipment—such as those marked “AS-IS” or “For Parts – Non-Functional”—are not eligible for return unless the item was damaged during shipping.

    A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please contact us to request an RMA before sending back any items.

    Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

    Missing or Delayed Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    • Double-check your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card provider—refunds can take time to post.
    • Reach out to your bank—processing times vary.

    If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at sales@aumictech.com.

    Sale Items

    Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refund. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@aumictech.com and ship your return to the address in RMA Form.

    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, we’ll send you a RMA form for the process.

    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

    For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Aumictech is not liable for items lost in transit.
