Welcome to Aumictech LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.aumictech.com, your purchases, and all services we provide. By visiting our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Aumictech LLC (“Aumictech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered business in the United States, with offices in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and a service center in Utah.
Our primary business activities include:
Sale of new, refurbished, and pre-owned RF and optical test equipment.
Calibration and certification services for high-precision instruments.
Component-level repair, refurbishment, and reconditioning of professional equipment.
Procurement and sourcing of specialized test gear for commercial, research, and government clients.

2. Eligibility & General Use of Website
By accessing this website, you confirm that:

Items marked “AS-IS,” “For Parts,” or “Non-Functional” are final sale only and cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of shipping damage.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Aumictech. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until accepted and confirmed by us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

All applicable taxes, tariffs, import duties, or processing fees are paid.

5. Order Fulfillment & Processing Times
Orders are processed during normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM ET).
Standard processing times:
In-stock items: 2–3 business days.
Refurbished/calibrated items: 5–7 business days.
Custom procurement orders: timelines vary depending on availability.
Delays may occur due to:
Out-of-stock conditions.
Delayed payments or verification issues.
Additional calibration, configuration, or compliance requirements.
Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight services.

Terms of delivery:
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once items are delivered to the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped.
Signature may be required for delivery of high-value items.
Expedited shipping is available at customer’s request and cost.
Limitations:
Aumictech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
International shipments may require additional time for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers are liable for additional re-delivery costs.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers must:
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending items back.
Return items in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Ship items using insured and trackable carriers.
Refund rules:
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
No Restocking fees.
Partial refunds may be issued if items are damaged, incomplete, or missing accessories.
Exchanges are permitted only for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. If replacements are unavailable, refunds or alternative solutions will be offered.
8. Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage varies by product:
New items may carry manufacturer warranties. Aumictech gives 30 days warranty.
Refurbished equipment may include a limited Aumictech warranty (30-day warranty).
AS-IS or For Parts items have no warranty.
Warranty exclusions:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, electrical surges, or unauthorized repairs.
Consumable items (e.g., connectors, probes, batteries).
Third-party modifications or alterations.
Customers must submit warranty claims with proof of purchase and follow RMA procedures.
9. Calibration & Service Disclaimers
All calibration services are performed with NIST-traceable standards.
Limitations:
Aumictech does not guarantee compliance with every regional or customer-specific standard unless agreed in writing.
Calibration certificates represent measurements at the time of service only and do not guarantee performance over extended use.
Customers are responsible for scheduling recalibration intervals according to industry requirements.
10. Professional Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for qualified professionals, engineers, laboratories, and trained technicians.
Customers agree that:
Equipment will be used in safe, lawful, and professional environments.
They are responsible for training personnel who use the equipment.
Aumictech is not liable for accidents, personal injury, or damages caused by misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (logos, product images, specifications, manuals, and software) is the property of Aumictech or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute content without written consent.
Use trademarks, service marks, or trade dress without authorization.

14. Export Compliance
Customers are responsible for compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations.
Products may not be shipped to embargoed nations or restricted end-users.
Customers must confirm that items purchased will not be used for prohibited military or dual-use purposes.
15. Force Majeure
Aumictech is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:
Natural disasters.
Government restrictions.
Labor disputes.
Supply chain interruptions.
Pandemics or public health emergencies.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania, unless arbitration is required.
Customers waive the right to participate in class actions against Aumictech.

Our website may contain links to external sites. Aumictech is not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or content of third-party services. Use of third-party links is at your own risk.
